Strategic Inclusion Review

Wherever you are on your inclusion journey we’re here to help. We take a deep dive into your current approach to inclusion and  help you to think more strategically about what’s working and creating a road map for achieving your inclusion goals.

We help you map out your existing efforts and your journey to a successfully inclusive workplace culture. We ensure that your policies, practices (spoken and unspoken) accommodate the unique needs of different employee groups to ensure they are inclusive. If you’re already well on your way to a great workplace wellness culture, we identify where you can optimise your impact.

We review existing policies, programming, strategies, and data. We listen to your people to find out what’s working and what isn’t. We help you achieve the best results with your resources first and foremost.

At the end of the review, you walk away with:

  • Clarity on the issues and challenges that promote/inhibit inclusion in your organisation
  • Clarity on the inclusiveness of your policies and practices and suggestions for making them more accessible and impactful;
  • Advice on how to create an organisational vision for inclusion and how to integrate this into clear, ambitious, measurable goals;
  • Advice on how to improve or initiate data collection to provide insight and focus for inclusion programming;

Facilitated Learning & Development

Our approach to learning and development is very much focused on creating lasting behaviour change. All our sessions are designed to address the challenge and are delivered as bespoke, dynamic, facilitated sessions. We don’t just deliver training. We deliver inclusion learning that meets a learning gap or addresses a business need.

With a wealth of knowledge and expertise in DEI, coaching and wellness we develop learning and development sessions spanning a range of topics including: 

  • Inclusive language
  • Inclusive leadership
  • Psychological safety
  • Inclusion vision-setting
  • Inclusive recruitment
  • Facilitation of strategic/culture change sessions to rethink ways of working to improve wellness


Sessions can be delivered online or in person.

Ongoing advisory support

Think of us as your trusted inclusion partner. We are here to provide you with regular and ongoing advice, support and accountability in a way that best meets your needs. Most of our clients prefer 1-2 days/month of support over 6-12 months. 

Ongoing advisory support can involve:

  • Regular attendance or facilitation at key strategic meetings 
  • Problem solving and idea generation related to specific inclusion challenges
  • Inclusive recruitment support
  • Formation and development of employee resource groups (ERGs)/affinity groups
  • Progress and accountability sessions on review plans
  • Participation in panel discussions on key inclusion topics  
  • Regular accountability sessions aligned with strategic planning
  • Ongoing inclusion coaching for senior leaders
